Baked Salmon 

four 2 1/2 ounce of salmon steaks
vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of dried whole dill weed
1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

 

Rinse the steaks thoroughly in cold water, pat dry with paper towels. Place the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 to 35 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 steaks ecipe provided by http://www.
