Easy Blueberry Cobbler

3 cups of fresh blueberries
vegetable cooking spray
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar substitute
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of reduced calorie margarine, melted

 

Place the blueberries in the bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray, sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine the egg, flour and sugar substitute, stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over blueberries. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Bake at 375ºF.  for 30 minutes. Serve warm om
