Peach Crumb Bake

2 cups of sliced fresh peaches
Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons of reduced calorie margarine, melted

 

Layer the sliced peaches in the bottom of a 8 inch square baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl, stirring well. Add the margarine, and stir until well combined. Sprinkle graham cracker crumb mixture over peaches, and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes, Serve warm. Makes 4 servings Recipe provided by http://www.
