Pineapple Peach Frappe

1/2 cup of canned, water packed pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
2 canned, water packed peach halves, diced
1 cup of plain, unsweetened low fat yogurt
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar substitute

 

Combine the pineapple, juice and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor, process until pureed. Add the yogurt, milk  and sugar substitute, continue to process until smooth and thickened. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately. Makes 3 servings

Each Servings:  1 cup
