Citrus Cooler

3/4 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
4 cups of unsweetened lemonade
1 cup of unsweetened orange juice
1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 cup of unsweetened grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar substitute

 

Pour boiling water over mint leaves. Cover and let stand for 10 - 20 minutes. Strain mixture, discarding mint leaves. Transfer mint flavored water to a large pitcher. Add lemonade and remaining ingredients to pitcher, stirring until blended. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Pour into individual glasses to serve
