Banana Pudding Parfait Pops
2 Bananas, chopped 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 3.4 oz. package of vanilla pudding one 8 ounce container of frozen whipped topping 12 5 ounce paper cups 20 Vanilla wafers, crumbled 12 Wooden sticks Toss together chopped banana and lemon juice. Prepare pudding according to package directions, fold in whipped topping and banana. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each paper cup. Sprinkle evenly with vanilla wafer crumbs, and top evenly with remaining pudding mixture. Insert a craft stick in the center of each cup; freeze until firm. Yield: 12 servings. |
