Cinnamon Spiced Applesauce
8-10 large cooking apples 1/2 cup of water 1/2 - 3/4 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Light cream

Instructions: Peel, core, and quarter apples. Place in a crock pot. Add water and sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover. Cook on low (200ºF.) 8 hours (or on high 300ºF. 3 to 4 hours). Serve warm or cold with cream. Makes 8 servings. |
