Zucchini Brownies

2 cups of zucchini, unpeeled, grated
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 pinch Baking powder
1/3 cup of cocoa
1/2 cup of oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 cup of copped nuts, optional
Mix ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350ºF. for approx. 35 minutes |
