2 quarts of tomato juice 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped 1/3 hot pepper, chopped 1/3 quart of cider vinegar 8 packets of Sweet 'n Low 4 cloves of garlic, chopped 3/4 teaspoon of pepper 2 teaspoons of salt 2 onions, chopped 6 stalks of celery, chopped
Mix all ingredients together in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, about 2 hours, stirring frequently, until reduced by half. |
