| Strawberry Patch Jam
4 cups of frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed 2 tablespoons of lemon juice dash of salt 1 package of dietetic strawberry gelatin 6 packs of Sweet 'n Low
Empty strawberries into large saucepan. Crush strawberries to a fine pulp. Add lemon juice and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in sweetener. Pour into 4 sterilized half-pint jars. Seal. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
