| Freezer Fudge
1/2 cup of evaporated
skim milk 4 ounces of cottage cheese 3 envelopes of chocolate Alba
'66 powder 3 packets of Sweet 'n Low 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of imitation chocolate flavoring
Put evaporated skim milk in blender with cottage cheese. Process
at high speed until mixture is smooth. Pour into small bowl and add
remaining ingredients. Using electric mixer, beat until thick and
creamy. Pour into a shallow, non-stick 8-inch square pan. Freeze until
hard. Cut into 24 squares. Do not thaw before serving.
