Blueberry Jam

2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
1 apple, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of water
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
8 packs of Sweet 'n Low
dash of salt

Place berries, grated apple, and lemon juice in saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Add to fruit and stir together. Add salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in sweetener. Pour into hot, sterilized 1/2-pint jars. Seal. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 2 cups.
