Yorkshire Pudding

1 1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs, beaten
salt to taste




Mix flour and milk together until smooth. Add salt and eggs. Pour into pan in which some of the drippings have been heated. Baste with more drippings from roast pan. Bake 20 - 30 minutes in 450ºF. oven. Perfect with prime rib.
