Delicious Sugar Free Homemade Whipped Topping

3/4 cup of plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup of part skim Ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 packets of sugar substitute


In small, deep bowl, beat yogurt and Ricotta cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and sugar substitute and continue beating until mixture is thoroughly blended. Mixture will keep in refrigerator several days. Rewhip before serving. Serve as frosting on cakes and as toppings on pies, puddings or fruit desserts. Makes about 2 cups
