Sugar Free Whole Wheat Muffins

2 cups minus 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of raisins



Combine the dry ingredients. Beat together the oil, egg, milk and honey, and add to dry ingredients. Stir only enough to moisten. Fold in raisins. Spoon into oiled muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full. Bake in 400ºF. oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 9 muffins
