No Salt Added Spareribs w/Pineapple Sauce
2 pounds of spareribs 2 cups of canned pineapple chunks with liquid 1 cup of water 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 cup of pineapple juice |

Fry the spareribs in a skillet. When cooked, remove and let them drain on paper towels. Pour off fat and place spareribs and pineapple back into skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cook water and cornstarch in double boiler. Stir until thick. Add vinegar, sugar, and pineapple juice. Serve over spareribs. Serves 3
