| Hummus (Garbanzo Bean Dip)
1/3 cup of sesame paste (tahini ) 1/4 cup of lemon juice 5 cloves of finely minced garlic 5 drops of Tabasco 1/4 cup of water 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin two 15 ounce cans of garbanzo beans, drained
Simply combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. A food processor makes this really easy, use a large metal blade. Otherwise use a large bowl and electric mixer. Makes about 1 1/4 cups (20 tablespoons)
