| Green Beans w/ Sautéed Mushrooms
3/4 pound of green beans 1 tablespoon of margarine 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried 1/4 teaspoon of dried crumbled rosemary 8 medium mushrooms, sliced a dash of hot pepper sauce
In saucepan of boiling water, cook beans for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender crisp, drain. Meanwhile in small saucepan or microwave safe dish, melt margarine, add garlic, basil, rosemary, mushrooms and hot pepper sauce, cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or cover and microwave at high (100%) power for 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Transfer beans to warm serving dish, pour mushroom mixture over and toss to mix. Makes 4 servings
