| Fat Free Guacamole
2 cups of cooked green split peas, drained and chilled 11 tablespoon of chopped green onions 2 tablespoons of lime juice 1 fine minced garlic clove 1 small tomato with seeds removed one 4 ounce can of green chilies Tabasco to taste green food coloring
Preparation couldn't be more simple. Just place all ingredients except for Tabasco and green food coloring in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the color isn't quite green enough, add one drop of food coloring at a time and blend until nice and green. Then add Tabasco to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 cups Cholesterol 0
