Low Calorie Salads:

Low Calorie Black Bean Salad (no cholesterol)
Low Calorie Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad - Cut broccoli and cauliflower into floweretts and place in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons minced onion, and 4 teaspoons bacon bits. In separate bowl combine garlic and melt vinegar to equal 1/3 cup. Add 4 tablespoons lite salad dressing, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
