1 pound of ground beef 2/3 block of bean curd (tofu), drained
MIXTURE A: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 4 tablespoons of minced green onions 2 teaspoons of minced garlic 2/3 teaspoons of minced ginger Dash of pepper 4 teaspoons of toasted and ground sesame seeds 3 tablespoons of sesame oil Dash of Accent (optional) |

MIXTURE B: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seed
MIXTURE B: Mix well for dip. Season to taste.
Break up bean curd with a fork and mix with meat. Add Mixture A and mix thoroughly. Shape into oval patties, flattened. Broil well on both sides or pan broil. Serve hot, dipped in Mixture B. Serves 8. |
