| Low Calorie Super Bean Salad

1 pound can of cut green beans 1 pound can of cut wax beans 1 can red kidney beans 1 cup of apple jelly 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar 4 teaspoons of cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional) 2 cups of celery, sliced 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced |

Drain beans, and toss together gently; set in a large bowl. Combine jelly, vinegar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan and cook until mixture thickens. Cool slightly and pour over beans. Toss lightly. Store in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Add celery and onions just before serving. |
