Raspberry Yogurt Milkshake

one 10 ounce package of sweetened frozen raspberries one 8 ounce container of plain, vanilla or fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt 1 cup of skim milk
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy. For thicker shakes, place mixture in freezer until almost frozen; blend again before serving. Makes 4 servings.
