Low Calorie Fruit Shake

Categories: Low Calorie, Orange Juice, Sweetener, Beverages

2 bananas
3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
Dash of salt
Sweetener = to 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of nonfat milk

Blend ingredients until smooth and foamy. Place in refrigerator until chilled, then blend again. Serve. Exchanges per serving 1 cup = 1 fruit, 1/2 nonfat milk. 80 calories per serving.
