1 cup of  skim milk

Mix ingredients in blender. Variations: Use other unsweetened frozen fruit such as berries or peaches. Nutmeg and cocoa can be used also. Yield: 1 serving. Exchanges: 1 serving equals 1 milk exchange and 1 fruit exchange. Calories: 130 calories.
