1 quart of chamomile tea, rose hip or fennel 1 quart of orange juice one 46 ounce can of unsweetened pineapple juice 4 freshly squeezed limes 2 ripe bananas 2 cups of Kefer or yogurt |

Make tea and strain. Combine with pineapple juice. Using electric blender, puree bananas with kefer or yogurt until smooth. Add to tea mixture, along with orange and lime juice. Serve very cold. Yield 1 gallon. |
