Turkey Pot Pie

2 cups of diced,  cooked turkey
1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup of  chopped onion
1/4 cup of sliced celery
1/2 teaspoon of crushed thyme
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 cup of sliced cooked carrots
1/2 cup of  water
one 10 1/2 ounce can of mushroom soup
1 cup of  cooked cut green beans
one package (5 per package) ready-to-bake refrigerator biscuits

Preheat oven to 350ºF.  Toss turkey with flour in plastic bag. Set aside. In skillet, cook onions and celery with thyme and pepper in margarine until tender. Add carrots, water, soup, green beans, and turkey. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Split biscuits in half and place on top of mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Yield: 5 servings
