Creamy Swiss Steak

1 1/2 pound 3/4 inch thick round steak
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1 carrot, sliced
1 small celery rib, chopped

 

Cut the steak into servings size pieces. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the meat in flour. Place the onions in the bottom of your crock pot. Add the meat. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the meat. Top with carrots and celery. Cover. Cook on LOW 8 - 10 hours or HIGH 3 - 5 hours. Makes 6 servings
