| Crock Pot Pot Roast 4 medium potatoes, cubes 4 sliced carrots 1 onion, sliced 3 - 4 pound rump roast, or pot roast cut into serving size pieces 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 bouillon cube 1/2 cup of boiling water Put the vegetables and meat into a slow cooker. Stir in the salt and pepper. Dissolve the bouillon cube in water, then pour over other ingredients. Cover. Cook on LOW 10 - 12 hours. Makes 8 servings |
