| Scalloped Pineapples 2 cups of sugar 3 eggs 3/4 cup of butter, melted 3/4 cup of milk 1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained 8 slices of bread, crusts removed, cubed Mix all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Reduce the heat to LOW and cook for 1 more hour. Delicious serves as a side dish to ham or poultry or as a dessert served warm or cold. Eat hot or chilled with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. |
