Kielbasa Soup16 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables
6 ounce can of tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
3 medium sized potatoes, diced
1 1/2 pounds of kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
4 quarts of water
Fresh parsley
Combine all of the ingredients except the parsley into a large slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW for 12 hours. Garnish individual servings with fresh parsley. Makes 8 servings
