2 pounds of ground beef 2 1/2 cups of water 8 ounces of tomato sauce 1 green pepper, chopped 2 small garlic cloves, minced, optional 1 small onion, chopped 2 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2/3 cup of ripe olives, sliced 1 1/3 cups of raw long grain rice |

Brown the ground beef in skillet, drain off fat. Place ground beef and all remaining ingredients in pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 5 - 6 hours HIGH 3 hours. Serves 4- 6. |
