| Carrot Fruit Cake
2 eggs 1/2 cup of honey 3/4 cup of oil 1/4 cup of buttermilk 2 cups of carrots, grated 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts 1/2 cup of chopped pecans 1/2 cup of chopped almonds 1 1/4 cup of wheat flour 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of soda 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 cup of flaked coconut 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup of light raisins 1/2 cup of reg. raisins |
