| Dirty Carrot Cake
3 cups of flour 2 cups of granulated sugar 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2 teaspoons of baking soda 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of salad oil 2 cups of carrots, unpeeled and grated 4 eggs 1 small can of crushed pineapple 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 cup of nuts |

Combine in a large bowl salad oil, carrots, eggs, pineapple and vanilla. Add the sifted dry ingredients. Stir well. Add chopped nuts, if desired. Bake in an angel food cake pan, un-greased, for about 1 hour, 15 minutes in a 350ºF. oven. Back to Carrot cake recipes Cookbooks | |
