| Chocolate Chip Carrot Cake
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cup of oil
3 cups of flour
2 jars of junior carrots
One 6 ounce package of chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of cinnamon |

Combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add baby food carrots and blend. Fold in chips. Bake in tube pan at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Back to Carrot Cake recipes Cookbooks |
