Easy Carrot Crumb Cake

1 1/2 cup of Bisquick
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons of margarine, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of coconut
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of Bisquick
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine softened
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons of milk

Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine 1st 9 ingredients in large bowl stirring well. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch square pan. Combine coconut, pecans, 1/4 cup Bisquick, brown sugar and 2 tbsp. margarine. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and 2 to 3 teaspoons milk. Drizzle over warm cake. Cool completely before serving.
