Carrot Oil Cake
1 cup of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2/3 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup of nuts, chopped 1 1/2 cup of carrots, grated
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Mix in flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix vegetable oil, sugar and eggs and add to above ingredients; mix well. Add and blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured pan about 1 hour and 25 minutes. May take less time depending on the oven. |
