Blackberry Jam Cake |

Sift the flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and sugar together in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix, then add the flour mixture, mixing well. Turn into three 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake tests done. Icing Mix the flour to smooth paste with a small amount of the milk, then combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until of spreading consistency. Spread between the layers and over side and top of cake.
