Combine the soy sauce, salad oil, Sherry, sesame seeds, Accent, sugar and lemon juice. Bone and skin chicken. Cut breast into 16 portions and legs into 8 portions each. Place chicken in marinade 3 - 5 minutes. Place each portion in center of a 6 inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil, add sprig of parsley. Bring corners of foil together, twist to seal. Fry in deep fat at 400ºF. for 3 minutes, life basket from fat. Return to fat, fry 2 minutes longer. Serve immediately. 32 servings
