Asian Spaghetti Salad

Cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup of carrots, raw & sliced
1/2 cup of Plum tomatoes, raw & diced
1/4 cup of scallions, raw & diced
1 can of black olives, small, pitted
Dressing
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of Italian dressing
2 teaspoons of Sesame seed oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ginger, grated

 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl - refrigerate for at least 2 hours - add additional soy sauce or Italian dressing if needed.
