| Chinese Spare Ribs
4 Cloves garlic 2 teaspoons of salt 1/4 - 1/2 cup of honey 1/4 cup of catsup 1/2 cup of water 1 can of Consommé 4 - 5 pounds of Spare ribs |
| Mix all ingredients, except spare ribs, together to make marinade. Soak ribs in the marinade overnight. Remove ribs from marinade and place them in a shallow pan. Place ribs in a preheated 425ºF. oven for about 15 minutes or until brown. Pour off grease. Lower heat to 325ºF. Pour marinade over ribs and cook for about 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
