| Hamburger Macaroni casserole
2 cups of macaroni 1 pound of ground beef 1 can of condensed tomato soup 1 can of condensed mushroom soup 1 medium green pepper 1/4 cup of Colby cheese, cubed 1/4 cup of chopped pimiento, optional one 3 ounce can of French fried onions(Durkee) |

Cook the macaroni, drain. Brown the ground beef, drain. Add soups, green pepper, pimiento, macaroni and the ground beef. Place half of the mixture in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with half the cheese and onions. Top with remaining macaroni mixture and cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions, and bake 5 additional minutes. |
