| Fuss Free Shortcut Paella
2 cups of cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth 10 ounces of shrimp, shelled one 8 1/2 ounce can of peas, drained 2 cups of rice one 3 ounce can of mushrooms, sliced and drained 1 envelope of onion soup mix 1 teaspoon of paprika |

Combine the chicken, chicken broth, shrimp, peas, rice, mushrooms, onion, soup mix and paprika. Pour into a 3 quart casserole , bake at 350ºF. covered for 1 1/4 hours or until rice is tender. Serves 6 |
