| Dried Beef Casserole
1 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion 1/4 pound of dried finely chopped onion 1/4 pound of dried beef, cut into bite size pieces 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced |

Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Blend soup and milk. Stir in cheese, onion, drained macaroni and dried beef, fold in eggs. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover, bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4 - 6 |
