| Dressing Casserole
2 cups of diced celery 1 clove garlic 12 cups of toasted bread cubes 4 cups of cubed bread cubes 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 4 cups of turkey or chicken broth 1 1/2 cups of chopped onion 1/2 cup of butter 1 tablespoon of sage 2 tablespoons of salt one 13 ounce can of evaporated milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten |

Cook the celery, onion, and garlic in butter until light brown. Crumble bread cubes and corn bread in large bowl. Add sage, salt and pepper. Stir celery mixture into bread cubes. Add evaporated milk, broth and eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325ºF. for 35 - 40 minutes. Serves 12 |
