| Chicken Broccoli Bake
one 10 ounce package of broccoli cuts 2 cups of chopped, cooked chicken 4 ounces of medium noodles 1 cup of sour cream one 10 3/4 ounce cans of cream of chicken soup 2 tablespoons of chopped pimiento 1 tablespoon of minced onion 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of melted butter 1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs 1 cup of grated Swiss cheese |

Prepare broccoli as directed on package, drain. Cook the noodles and drain. Combine the chicken, sour cream, soup, pimiento, onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Add butter to bread crumbs and mix well. Place noodles in greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the remaining cheese. Pour on the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese and then with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 4 - 5 |
