Beef & Onion Ring Casserole

 

Beef & Onion Ring Casserole

1 1/2 - 2 pounds of ground chuck
salt and pepper
1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package of frozen tater tots
1 package of frozen onion rings

 

Press raw meat into bottom of casserole, season with salt and pepper. Combine the 2 soups and spread over meat. Add Tater Tots. Pour rest of soup over Tater Tots. Top with onion rings. If canned onion rings are used, stir them into last half of soup mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 - 6
