Broccoli & Rice Casserole 2
1 cup of cooked rice
1/3 cup of butter or margarine, softened
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
one 10 1/2 ounce can of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1 onion, grated
one 10 ounce package of frozen or chopped broccoli
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 1 hour; serve hot. Serves 6 people
