Broccoli & Rice Casserole 1 2 packages of frozen broccoli 1 cup of cooked rice 1 can of mushroom soup 1 can of chicken soup ¼ teaspoon of Thyme, marjoram and rosemary 1 small jar of Cheez Whiz (regular or hot)

Cook frozen broccoli until tender; drain all water off. Mix cooked rice and broccoli in 2 quart casserole. To soup mixture add thyme, marjoram and rosemary; also add Cheez Whiz. Mix, well; add to rice and broccoli. Heat in oven until bubbly.
Broccoli & Rice Casserole 2 1 cup of cooked rice 1/3 cup of butter or margarine, softened 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 1 egg, beaten one 10 1/2 ounce can of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of milk 1 onion, grated one 10 ounce package of frozen or chopped broccoli
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 1 hour; serve hot. Serves 6 people
