Peanut Butter Bread 2 cups of flour 1/2 cup of sugar 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of chunky or creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup of Karo Light or dark corn syrup 2 eggs 1 cup of milk |

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and corn syrup until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in the flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf
