Pistachio Green Bread
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 package of pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of poppy seeds
1 cup of warm water
2 or 3 drops green food coloring
In small bowl mix poppy seeds and warm water. Let soak. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil. Mix thoroughly. Add poppy seeds and water, plus food coloring. Beat 3 or 4 minutes. Bake in 2 small loaf pans, 30 to 45 minutes at 350ºF. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
